Business transient market is one of the most important and profitable segment in the industry. Independent hotels usually don’t have enough information and resources to access the major corporations, while the multinational corporations also have barrier to reach the majority of Chinese independent hotels due to the language and communication barrier.
As the largest hotel representation company in Asia, ETT has dedicated sales team to promote our hotel portfolio to major corporations in China and worldwide. We have developed key relationships with multinational corporations at Head Office level through their travel manager or appointed consortia/travel agent. Every year, we represent or assist many corporations for their hotel RFP program in China, we monitor the whole process of the RFP and identify right hotels to meet particular corporate needs; we also organize tactical campaigns like sales visit, site visit or road shows for our member hotels to meet key corporate buyers so that they can be included into the preferred hotel lists of major corporations.
